Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Membership is subject to application and acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw membership at our discretion.
Membership fees and any arrangement or service fees are set out at the point of purchase. Fees are payable in advance and, except where stated or required by law, are non‑refundable. Third‑party costs incurred on your behalf are your responsibility.
Where we arrange bookings or purchases with airlines, hotels, restaurants, venues or other suppliers, those arrangements are subject to the relevant supplier's own terms and conditions. We act as your agent and are not responsible for the acts, omissions or performance of third parties.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on your membership tier and the terms of any third‑party supplier involved in a request. Supplier cancellation charges will be passed on to you where applicable.

We treat member information and requests as strictly confidential and expect the same discretion from our members in respect of any confidential information shared with them.
